Custom Landscape Design

The essential element to any good landscape is a quality, well conceived design. The only way to get this is by combining creative skill of a designer with the exact needs of the customer. This is the focus of our designers at Mr. Landscape.

First, we gather all the client objectives through a ‘detailed’ Design Questionnaire and consultation. Then, we revisit the location to collect all pertinent site data and measurements. After collecting this important information our knowledgeable designers will start to shape a plan by meshing the site data and client needs with their own creative ideas. We call this process the conceptualization phase. Our conceptual will then yield the the preliminary drawings which we take to our clients for review. This important checkpoint allows our designers the opportunity to gauge how successful they were in developing the right plan for our client. Often, designer's bypass this step which leads to unsatisfied clients. Our customer’s interaction here is crucial to the success of the final design which subsequently follows.

The final design or master plan will be a colored 2-dimensional drawing with clear labels of the types of plants and quantities, hardscape materials (i.e. patio, stonework, or arbor) and other architectural elements that have been incorporated. Also, for our clients we will be happy to provide you with quotes for any or all portions of the design’s installation.

 

Grounds Management

Plant Bed Maintenance:	This includes mulching, leaf removal, and weed control
Plant Care:	Including insect and disease control, fertilization, and pruning.
Turf Management:	This includes commercial mowing and edging, fertilization and weed deterrents, core-aeration and over-seeding.
Irrigation and Accent Lighting Mgmt:	This includes quarterly ‘troubleshooting’ of all landscape irrigation and night lighting to maintain optimum service.

Landscape Installation

Hardscape Installation:	This includes the custom construction of patios and walkways from concrete, brick, cobblestone, or natural flagstone, segmental and natural stone retaining walls, wood constructed arbors, pergolas and trellises, outdoor fire pits, grills and fireplaces and much more. Accent Lighting:	This includes the proper installation of premium outdoor low voltage light systems and management.
